Leadership > Rachel H. Graham
Rachel H. Graham, Board Advisor
Rachel H. Graham, MBA
Board Advisor, Life Works Foundation

Rachel is involved in various business organizations and has a long-standing entrepreneurial and corporate background in different segments of the healthcare industry. Her career encompasses multiple facets of the healthcare arena including addiction treatment, managed care, and other healthcare organizations. She co-founded and currently serves as the CEO for Healing Springs Ranch, an innovative 28-bed co-ed residential treatment facility for addiction, trauma, and mental health, embodying all aspects of psychological and physiological recovery.  Much of what she learned, in executive development, provides a strong foundation for teaching not only addiction recovery but the overall health and wellness of every individual.

Rachel’s own life purpose has taken her on a successful speaking journey across the globe; becoming a sought-after international speaker with phenomenal feedback, to audiences of multi-continents including North America, South America, Europe, and Asia. Rachel delivered her first TEDx talk in Andrews, South Carolina on "Why Addiction is Everyone's Disease."

Rachel is an active and contributing member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) and she is a board member of the Travis Frederick's Blocking Out Hunger Foundation and Executive Board for the Corey Kluber Family Foundation among other philanthropic organizations. She has been interviewed and featured in various publications, such as Inc Magazine throughout her career, including but not limited to, Inc. 500, Plaid for Women, Stagen Leadership Academy member story, featured on the Coast to Coast Recovery radio broadcast and Coffee with Claire Podcast.

Specialties:

Having gone through her own personal journey as a family member of a loved one who struggled with unresolved trauma, mental health, and addiction, Rachel’s personal mission now is to educate people, business leaders, students, and professionals to remove the stigma around addiction and compulsive behaviors (of which we all have) while encouraging the audience to find their own purpose through their skills and individual experiences.

Her personal experience with corporate America taught her that the same variables that create a healthy person are just as important in the workplace. Much of what she teaches can be implemented in a corporate setting.
