Peggy O’Neal has coached and guided leaders of organizations and entrepreneurs throughout the world for more than 30 years and practiced law for 12 years before that. In 2007 she embarked on a journey to discover what she calls “the missing piece” to leading and living tremendously fulfilling, successful and meaningful lives.
After several years, the elusive element came to her, and she has been integrating that liberating realization into her work ever since. What’s the missing piece? Knowing, being and living as who we truly, essentially are, as taught and understood by wisdom teachers for thousands of years. It’s the greatest secret hidden in plain sight! It revolutionizes our understanding of ourselves and the world in which we live. With this new revelation we are better able to answer the questions: How do we want to live and work together? What is the future we truly want to create and inhabit?
By addressing these questions and integrating the principles of ancient wisdom, quantum science and human potential, people can imagine and manifest their highest aspirations. Peggy supports the transformational process through custom-designed workshops, individual coaching, facilitation, and other experiential learning programs.
Peggy has coached leaders in multi-national organizations in the United States, the United Kingdom, Malaysia, India, Canada, Russia, Australia, Germany, and Singapore. Her highly acclaimed teleseminar series, High Point Selling™, has supported hundreds of sales professionals to achieve increased sales results.
Peggy holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Arkansas and received the designation of Certified Integral Master Coach™ from Integral Coaching Canada. She was an Assistant Attorney General and Arkansas State Purchasing Director for Bill Clinton when he was Attorney General and Governor, respectively, and was a member of President Clinton’s administration at the Federal Labor Relations Authority.
In 2019 she was invited to join the Conscious Leadership Guild, an invitation-only group focused on creating more conscious leadership throughout the world. She is also a featured author of two chapters in the Handbook of Personal and Organizational Transformation, the first book on cutting-edge theory and practice on small- and large-scale transformation.
Peggy lives in Allen, Texas, where she enjoys long walks, movies, needle arts, ongoing study, and being with family.
